  • How to Use

    1. Prepare the Herbs - Boil 3-6 cups of water and add 1-2 tablespoons of our herbal blend. Let the herbs steep for about 5-10 minutes.

    2. Set Up Your Space - Place the steaming bowl under a yoni steaming seat, in a clean toilet, or on the floor with a low stool.

    3. Position Yourself Comfortably - Remove clothing from the waist down and sit over the steam, ensuring you are at a safe, comfortable distance to avoid burns. Wrap a towel or blanket around your waist to keep the steam contained.

    4. Relax & Rejuvenate - Sit for 20-30 minutes, breathing deeply and embracing the warmth and healing properties of the herbs.

    5. Aftercare - Rest for a while after steaming, drink plenty of water, and honor your body healing process.
